Dr. Guy R. Pupp D.P.M.
Recently named one of America's 175 most influential Podiatrists, Dr. Pupp is the founder of Lakeview. He specializes in diabetic limb salvage and lectures worldwide on the topic. He's involved with Healing the Children, an international charitable relief organization.
After attaining a BS in biological sciences from under grad school, Dr. Pupp then graduated with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine Degree (D.P.M.) from Temple University, School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He then completed a surgical residency at Kern Hospital in Michigan. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
He has remained very active professionally. He has served on numerous committees at the Hospital and State levels. He has authored over twenty-four publications and is a consultant for numerous orthopedic equipment companies. Dr. Pupp has trained over 140 residents as a Director of the Foot and Ankle Clinic. He also co-developed a new device for external fixation to compliment his interest in diabetic limb salvage and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.

Dr. Jack Dean Janigian, D.P.M.
Dr. Jack Janigian graduated with honors from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine. He did his undergraduate schooling at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. After completing his residency program at Kern Hospital in Warren, Michigan he opened private practice in Waterford, Michigan in July of 1975. Dr. Janigian also has office locations in Dearborn, Southfield, Northville and Warren. He specializes in office base surgery and enjoys treating children and the elderly.
Dr. Janigian is a member of the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association, American Podiatric Medical Association and Academy of Ambulatory Foot Surgery.
Dr. Janigian is the proud father of four and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his three granddaughters and all sports, fishing being his favorite.
